The client
Le Rotte di Portolano is an Italian sailing tour operator with nearly twenty years of experience: boat charters (catamarans, gulets, sailboats), tailor-made cruises, itinerary consulting and travel insurance. They operate mainly in southern Italy - the Aeolian Islands, Sicily - and along the Croatian and Turkish coasts, all the way to more distant destinations like French Polynesia and the British Virgin Islands.
Their positioning is clear: they don't sell cruises, they build authentic experiences, curated down to the smallest detail, with boats and crews they pick personally.
What we did
We designed and built their custom SaaS: an internal platform that supports the team's day-to-day work - managing the fleet, itineraries and clients, from the first conversation through to closing the trip.
